Aerial Silks - Musicality & Technique

Description

Students of all levels are welcome at this class, from beginner to advanced. We will focus on skills and vocabulary as well as musicality and movement quality. You should be able to do a basic climb very efficiently and have the stamina to be in the air for two minutes to enroll in this class. Come to just have fun with various types of music and new sequences or bring an act you want to work on.
